Hi Dave ,during this lockdown period ive been doing some maintenance on my 07 zzr1400. I have just changed the front fork oil, standard spring, forks dropped 8mm and set at 3.5 inch as per this video. On the rear i have a wilbers with remote hs/ls damper standard/original spring and its done about, 8000 miles or so. The bike is turbocharged and I also use it to commute so like it comfortable..........rider sag is currently at 31mm. I am 84kg/187lbs without gear and the bike is 26 kg lighter than standard.... I like the bike to be "agile" as all my local roads are twisty...... What are your thoughts on a good compomise.......thanks Andy
