i like the video, but not what i expected though. Something like: little bit to much understeering - increase preload. twist it, go back out

You can't just change the setup n go back out, eventually you'll get lost, I suggest the 5 laps n then think about where the bike feels weak and then start to address it,you'll find more time n consistently like this 👍

Not a simple answer,when you get to a certain level, you start to see issues with the bike,then you go down the rabbit hole of diagnosing it and then you see if it's fixed the issue and more importantly what it's done to the rest of the bike, setup's are very hard to get right because it's always a give and take, improve braking, hinders corner speed etc etc
