For MotoGP nerds out there: Based on 2014 season. There's also a VR update of the game, not sure which season it is based on. I wonder if it also have Milestone assets, since they were developing console MotoGP games at that point?

This one is the only MotoGP game I have played so far.

Graphics emulation of the System 256 MotoGP is still broken, though I feel that one might be better from physics standpoint compared to this since it's just season update of MotoGP 4 (with content from European version of MotoGP PSP - the 2006 season the System 256 game also has is Europe only, the US/JP version only has 2005 season). Ironically, Namco's MotoGP games are based on 500 GP (1999, based on 1998 season) on System 23 (not currently emulatable) to begin with. This is also why Namco insisted on Paul Ricard being on every game despite it having not on MotoGP calendar since 2001.

Way more realistic than even MotoGP24. Despite the grid size in MotoGP14 ARCADE is one third fewer than in MotoGP14 PS4 version.
