So alot of bikers yell at people for being on their phone, even when people are stopped at a red light, but the biker at around the 5:20 mark was texting at a red light.....hmmmm. Also, from my understand, lane splitting is legal in some states but from what I read your only supposed to do it inside the city limits, and traffic has to be moving less than 40mph. So the one guy going over 50 while lane splitting, on what looks to be the interstate or a bypass, is actually breaking the law and is the one who is in the wrong.

Unfortunately allot of people go threw this on a day to day basis even when driving cars. The biker's just have it worse because they are more vulnerable to getting hurt.
