Today I took my brother to the exams for military service. 4 kms before arriving at the base a biker in the opposite lane lost control by the water and collided with the car that was behind me. It was difficult to decide, but I had to leave to arrive on time or my brother would be a traitor to the homeland. I have the vid but meanwhile its private, to use as evidence. No one is guilt, but they will see if the biker got serious injuries; if its then they would sue public bodies. Ill let you know if I can release it later!

She can claim she was being threatened, not prove. However, HE can prove that she hit him and claim it was an act of aggression. Also, bicycles are allowed to be on the road. It depends on state laws. The only defense that she gets from me is that she was making her turn before the biker was making his, but even then, he had right of way. The incident started with her being impatient.

Hey That Guy @5:40. First, if you're gonna lane split (at night!) you should maybe slow down. Too much of a differential in speed leaves you with no reaction time. Second, it sucks that guy changed lanes illegally, but if you had been going slower it wouldn't have been nearly as exciting. Third, you stopping in the fast lane of the interstate to have a discussion is as dangerous as the driver that changed lanes illegally. Don't do that. Ride safe.
