You rarely get stopped by police and if you do you can run away in towns, and you cannot be tracked down because you have no plate. At 16 you can do a 125cc licence and at 18 a 35kw/48HP licence. If you own a 35kw licence for more than two years, you can do a "limitless" licence for all bikes (min. 20yo)

Several years ago, the 20 year old clerk at our local auto parts store one night was running from the cops at way over 100 mph after running a stoplight. His gf was on the back, but he paused during the chase to let her off. He continued running on the freeway over 120 mph, tried to take a curved transition bridge to another freeway that was posted for 40 mph. At his high speed, he continued straight instead of curving left, hit the guardrail and was catapulted from 40 feet high onto the freeway's eastbound lanes below. He died on impact. He was a really, nice, helpful guy and for his own sake I wish he had just stopped at the start and accepted his traffic ticket for the red light. Rest in peace. He was always talking about his beloved bike when I would go to the store. Rest in peace.

No no, they WOULD have better things to do if it wasn't for these bikes. This shit ties up resources when they should be out there sorting real crime. Unfortunately they have to deal with this because part of their job is to protect public safety (be in pedestrians or other road users), besides, when people call in reports of these bikes disturbing their otherwise quiet afternoon... well, they have to attend and deal with these nuisance reports. Stop wasting police resources people. Go ride them in non residential areas and off public roads, simple.
