Really important that the top nuts are flush and fully countersunk. If they are not, it could easily lead to cross-threading with the lower oval nuts. I used a tall socket driver to tap them home.

At 3:45 when the screws in the top normal nuts holding the oval nuts underneath come out it sounds as tho the oval nut underneath has fallen and come away? each time a screw came out there was a noise coming from inside sounding like the oval nut falling? Is that normal?

All baskets were in place. It sits between the flange and the fuel cap

anyone have venting issues with these? I installed one, and now i get pressure building until I open the cap, also gas running out of the breather hose to the bottom of the bike
