It’s a nice experiment to show and really impressive 3min last on latent energy. I wish someone can attach a Sterling Engine to such heavy flywheel and then connect a mini Generator (say 1KW max or even lower) to that flywheel to measure energy Input & Energy Output.

Where does the flywheel come from ?

It is a wheel hub from a trailer and it came from a scrap metal merchant.
