Motor in! JDM Mini Truck K24 Swap in Honda Acty - Rare Kei Truck Engine Mod Adventure

We are getting closer on the K24 swap in the1995 Honda Acty. At this point, the original 3 cylinder motor has been removed and we start cutting to make room for the much bigger K24. By the end of the episode you will get to see the motor mocked up and ready for bracket fabrication.
Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make this motor swap happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.

Curious because I'm thinking about an ej20/ez36 in my Kei truck, why the K20/K24 over a flat 4/6? In my head the ej20 would be the perfect motor for a truck like this since you could fit the whole thing under the bed.

You can use a small wrench, the boxed in side. The same size as the Ebrake cable. Slid it over the cable and easily pull the cable out.
