I have done the same procedures but I have a different chinese inverter and always get error code that means auto tuning failed, but the motors works, i tried 400hz spindle and 2840 induction motor, auto tuning never works, why?

Hi sir. We have'nt seen your inverter and we are not sure the reason. You can try several ways as following: 1.Change the inverter mode 2.Set the rated parameter according to the motor nameplate 3.Empty the motor load and re-identify 4.Check the motor connection and set the parameter 5.Check if the upper limit Thanks.
