Thanks for sharing. How do you explain the fact that the slow speed has only 6 coils connected consequent and produces 12 poles. The 6 coils has north and south poles?

We know that consequent pole doubled the pole.6 poles consequent 12 poles 18 coils consequent 36 coils divide by 3 will give you 12 poles at 525rpm 60Hz

greetings! I have made many of these special crane DEMAG motors here in Brazil, and we always have a lot of difficulty because they work with a high filling factor and the air gap space and cover space is very small.

Good day,crowns are made to be compact as covers/endbells are super tight that makes more hard to rewind this kind of motors,one of many motors i wound those are trouble if you can’t do it right on making coils.Thanks for dropping your comment,great day.

no don't have one but consequent pole connection should always top to bottom connection...
