Motor Rewinding | Rewinding Exciter rotor of 155 kW Marathon Generator

155 kw exciter rotor,it was burnt due to lack of maintenance.Bearing failure common cause of burning exciter field and rotor or when it gets worse even the main stator will damage and burnt.

I need a help buddy, i think i messed up a connection here, its 9 lead 4 poles 12 group coils, there are no numberings on the lead , it seemed to be connected for high voltage as only three leads are brought to line, There are no jumping between groups but 1-7 are brought to the lead, top top, there is a 2 parallel star inside joining 6 leads, think they can be wired for 4 parallels outside for low voltage,, can i do it normal way 1-4 jumpings and making 2 parallel paths,, could you provide me the diagram if you have for this 9 lead,, am planning to bring 3 leads out.

Pwede bossing kaya lng employer naman ang kylangan.Dito sa amin maliit lng na shop kasi pang 1 rewinder lng at helper lage pang solo rewind labanan.may kaibigan yong boss ko inaalok ko na mag hire ng foreign worker my nairecomenda ako pinoy nasa saudi kya lng wala pa naman feedback kung mag hire cla.
