After 3rd servicing...bike will be in good condition....at 80 kmph..bajaj v15 is most stable and comfort bike among commuter series bikes .i crossed 117 with some strain..but..upto 110 it was not a hard work to do

After riding the bike for 6 months, i have to say that the bike is very solid. Unfortunately I had 3 accidents and one was very major but still the bikes shape was not deformed. For this festival holidays, I traveled 300km (up and down 600km) between two states with V15. It is exactly double the distance of Pune and Mumbai. Took a couple of breaks btw....but it was relaxed cool and fun long drive......

Mileage depends on how you drive. In economy drive(40-50kmpr), I get 58-62 easily. If I drive for pleasure (60-70kmpl or beyond I get 10-12 less). Sometimes Indian Petrol bunks are funny. (each petrol bunk also differs surprisingly). Not sure it is bcoz of oil or bunk false meter reading....in India need to see many things.hufffff..

I own this BV15. Recently made a ride from Mumbai to Pune ( nearly 150KM) up and down at late night. This bike rode the Khandala / Lonavala hill ways in ease and comfort with a pillion rider. There is vibration if you go over 85-90KM/hour but upto that it rides super cool. Bajaj got the best economic-price tag as compared with features/specs. Compare the Dominar vs RE 300 in terms of price & features. Seems Bajaj Bikes are like Redmi Phones ;)

I was out for a commuter bike, first name which came on my mind was CB Shine SP coming with price range 74,000 and having a market share of 46% in commuter segment. And was pretty impressed with Shine SP and was looking forward to buy it. However the moment i entered Bajaj on a first instance i loved the muscle hunk V15. Its Pearl while color stands out in crowd. Even i compared this bike in terms of specs and price with Unicorn, discover and SP. For me its an extra ordinary piece at affordable price 71,250. Kudos to team Bajaj and their efforts to understanding the requirement of commuters. N for all those who criticize it, guys move out of commuter segment and find your own cafe racers and scramblers. Thanks once again.

Hi MotorBeam..Nice review.. Iam the owner of V15 oceanblue colour since 5 months.. I struggled a lot to choose avenger 150 or v15..but..my budget is fallen to bajaj v15.. Anyway.. Still now i completed 5400 km.. 3 long rides (350 km,400km,300km) have done Mileage at city is 45-48kmpl Mileahe at highway is around 55kmpl, During first 1000 km...it was very difficulty to catch high speeds even 70kmph.. But now..im flying on highway rides...90 - 100 is smoothest riding part...then hard vibes will hit.. I crossed 115kmph..manytimes.. Ovarall i got good experience with this bike.. Advantages:- 1.150cc bike at the price range of 125cc bikes 2.descent mileage for a 150cc bike 3.torquy one in city..it would be pleasure to ride 4.cruising on highways is awesome upto 250 km ..then..some strain will catched by your bodyy.. 5.looks.!!..those looks are completely different..it was a mixture of caferacer,cruiser and commuter bike...i didnt like front headlight..it could be round to get some more attention... Disadvantages:- 1. Cant reach top speed immediately (only for commutating purposes) 2. Gear shift is hard...6th gear is missing..(to reduce vibes) 3. Tachometer, engine kill switch , missing..fuel indicator is not accurative...it could be developed.. 4.sometimes...a bad murmering sound will comes from engine after long drives.. Verdict: onething we must remember..it was made not for racing purposes...even..it was going good with top speed upto 115..at highways...so..just love your bike..maintain it properly..dont compare it with other bikes..just take care of yourself and your bike

Got this bike on march 23rd. Never tried a bajaj before and I am impressed. Commuting through the city is a breeze without major gear shifts. Can feel vibration @ 60Kmph slightly. Gear as reviewed is not smooth but its negligible. Upright seat position gives the ride better balance. Its value for money.

In my 5 month experience, out of all 100/125/150cc bikes I found V15 is most BALANCED and SAFE bike even on wet/rainy roads. (In terms of skid/slip/slide etc.). Does the design of two tires makes any difference?? Front tire thin and large(18inch) and back tire small and FAT(16inch)??? I used to face problems while going on edges of the road and when some sand/wet is there I used to skid on other bikes, but this bike is different in those areas. Basically I like the design if I look at SAFETY FIRST as my option.

Please see the video again. In video he did mention that (design wise) there is no bike that comes in direct comparison, but the closest competitor could be Unicorn 150 considering tech specs. Price wise Honda shine is in comparison. This bike is all visuals. Its a mix between cafe race (google it if you don't know what cafe race is) and daily commuter bike. Bajaj wanted masses to buy V15 so they put a 150cc engine. I personally feel they should have put 220CC engine which drives Avenger. That would have made the bike not only look bulkier and powerful but even feel the same, the way we do feel when we ride enfield.

After 5070km and after 2nd service, bike is smooth and solid. I have one more free service left. Hope it will become much better. Mileage 58-62kmpr. Will it improve after 3rd service?? :) Any ways that is enough for me. Now even if I go at 90km speed test, it is very solid and smooth no vibes. (they tighten all nuts and bolts, no repair) Hope will share more after 3rd service around 9500-10,000km. (Looking FW to V18 or 20 by yr end.)

80-90 means rpm zyada hoga. Isiliye mileage kam de raha hai. Low rpm aur high gear pe chalao, max mileage milega. Lekin, zyada low speed pe high gear dene se gearbox pe bahut load padta hai

U better use a more cushioned seat. I've been using v15 since 2017. There's no pillion comfort. It vibrates after 55 kmph. But the city ride is so nice with this long stroke engine. Check parts availability before buying this. Go for a ride on this bike and also check Gixxer 150.

Thanks. Bajaj has done well with this V15, sales are breaking the roof. I would like so much to see this V15 being a 250cc. why ? because with a light bike a 250cc engine boost you at 130 or 140km/h with decent mileage (30 to 40km/L). And also because a 125 or 150cc bike is good if you weight 60kg. But around 80kg you need more power and chassis strength. Hero Motorcorp may be inspired to upgrade their impulse 125 to a 250cc. With their crossover chassis it will be a must to commute, highway & off road cheaper than Himalayan. Let see who will be the most intelligent of the two, Bajaj or Hero ? Be aware. The crossover Adventure segment is a real & strong trend that will last. KTM understood this and is coming with new 200cc and 400cc Adventure bikes. Time for Hero and Bajaj to wake up ! On this matter R.E. is one step ahead.

hi bro....im a manager of bajaj finserv.....if u ol (cvlians of bangla desh) wants dat den u hve to go 2 sme organisation of big bikes company or clubs to invite da bajaj v 15 t ur place or sponsor so lke dat da company of ur place cn slowly move 2 da stps to make available da v15.......da main reason is dat none of da companys invites or sponsor sxh type of programmes......i thnk nt intrested????
