Going a little gentle on the throttle while maintaining good speed pretty sure it'll return over 40-45kmpl on the highways been there and done that on the v3 engine the catch is ride it before 7k rpm and not in the vva range. If you plan to tour at around 120kmph+ on the highways done that on the Jaipur - Chandigarh the R15 v3 returned 32kmpl lowest in the past 3 years of ownership 😂😂

Around 50+ mileage(If you do proper break in method within 1000km) in highways+Amazing torque (0 to 80 in just 8 seconds)+refined engine+vva+liquid cooling+muscular eye catching look that is the Aerox 155. Some says it's overpriced but if you check the current prices of motorcycles in India. You need to pay 1.5 lakh for Honda Unicorn! So for 1.58 lakh this is not an overpriced maxxi

Once I travelled with my wife and two kids...with some luggage.....Great fun.... Solo/pillion riding is good but trips of more than two on scooter now a days is absolutely NO.. Please... You overtook almost every vehicle from their left, isn't that stupid itself? Overtaking a bus from left is a death sentence not only for you but also for the passenger if someone is getting down. Ride safely and follow traffic rules.✌

Totally agree with you but sadly people just don't seem to know basic road manners. They end up blocking the right lane(overtaking lane) doing 20-30kmph. It's really frustrating and even though we enthusiasts know about always overtaking from right, it's subconsciously has become our nature to do it from left to avoid wasting time honking behind a dumb person.

Rookie numbers lol. I have done a trip of 350 km on my v3 got 60.90 kmpl and 62.10 kmpl while returning home. I rode at a speed of 80-90 kmph on highway and 50-60 kph in one way roads. However 135 km in 2 hrs is really fast. Want to see you do these runs in other bikes

I have aprili sr150 2017 model Climbed the amba ghat (from the way to ganpatipule to kolhapur) at a speed of 50-55 kmph with a pilion through the traffic where the roads are way too narrow. 31.4 km/h milege means good milege. How can it be worse one since you were riding at 100 Km/h speed? If you ride with an average speed of 40/50 km per hour, you will get the milege as offered by the company. I used to ride at an average of 50 Km/hour. And I got up to 45km milge...

No point in opening up throttle like that at slow speeds, you just burn away fuel with little gains. Acceleration and throttle movement on a CVT should be gradual. Am glad Yamaha bought amidst boring ass(Aprilia being an exception) scooters which has barely evolved for the last 20yrs. Am booking on soon and start to Import bolt on parts like 8-ltr tank, rear disk kit, rear carrier and you have an awesome chair on wheels .
