I started watching races in the early 90's, Lawson, Russell, Fogarty, Rossi, Roberts Jr. on and on. This guys story commands as much respect as any of them to me.

Absolutely engrossed listening to parts 1&2. John is such an interesting, honest character with a fascinating life story. Full credit to Dom and Joe for the way they let the interview flow naturally. Respect to Joe for his openness in discussing the difficulties he also suffered mentally with his injuries and hard times. It's not all champagne and trophies. Great job, thank you 🧡💙

Love the fact that John still pops back to show his face at BSB. Clearly a really competitive racer and knowing the battles he had in BSB, it clearly indicates the level that BSB is at.

Yea I wish everyone was as honest as John has been. The heart the guy has is amazing, and I remember how heartbreaking the 2011 BSB season went with the smashed finger and I honestly don't see how anyone could have ridden 100% with that going on. I guess it all comes back to the huge heart! Great job again guys.
