I have got 24kmpl on the highway when driven cautiously speed around 80kmph. Generally on highway easily gets 22kmpl. Same Kushaq Ambition variant

I have kushaq style 1.0 MT. 80km daily running hai. I work in US shift so office jate waqt traffic rehta hai. I leave in Pune or bahot jyada traffice lagta hai. But kbhi bhi singke digit pe gaya nhi average. 12 to 14 kmpl milta hai. Return jate waqt 20 to 22 dikhata hai road bhi khali rehti hai. Total 83 speed breakers hai. So around 17 18 milage deti hai Kushaq.

Just a generic question,not specific to this post. Which 4 wheelers are most effective in providing rear realistic mirror view particularly in rainy seasons when Most of your side glasses need manual intervention to clear the view like wiping the mirrors.

A turbocharged engine is fun only when the engine of that size in naturally aspirated mode is capable of pulling the car of that size without whining. Clearly 1L NA engine is insufficient for a SUV of this size and this is why 1.2L Turbo engine that used to come in Polo GT TSI was such a hoot to drive. 1.5L NA engine is sufficient to pull this car in NA mode hence 1.5 Turbo is the variant to go. This FWD + 1L engine may get you stranded in an incline at a ghat or mall parking with 4 ppl onboard and that will be a very embarassing situation to be in. YOu simply cant wait for turbo to kick in in a bumper to bumper trafic for the car to pull.

Already tested 1.0 L Kushaq style AT in ghat roads performance is f9 no issue even in hairpin bends, stiffer inclined ghat roads , mileage will reduce D2 drive mode with automatic is sufficient in ghat roads.

Bruh 1 Litre Tsi extracts more power than nay bigger NA engines do note at the end of the day 1st it gets turbocharger and extracts more power at low rpm which none of bigger Na engines does even not 2.4 NA

Isi size ka engine WagonR mein bhi aata tha, Jo 5.50 lakh ka hota tha!! 2) Fuel pump issue, A.C. issue Doctor sahab ko aaye hi nahin, torque converter ka issue aaya, par Skoda ne solve kar diya!! Bhai, ham ne, Gaye 21 saal mein, yeh issue, Fabia, Octavia, Octavia VRs, Laura, ya fir se nai Octavia kisi mein dekhe nahin!! Un ke Bonnet, fenders ungali se dabte bhi nahin!! There s somethign called technology which japanese are so reluctant to bring into India. Just compare the output of WagonR 1.L(66bhp/89NM) and Kushaq 1L turbo charged(114/175) engines. If you still think WagnR makes better VFM then take a TD of both the cars.

People driving ambassadors told,' Yaar, accelerator dabaate hi, bhagti hai( Joh Fiat/ amby nahin bhagti thi) Ab Skoda, braught Turbo petrol to India, in 2005-6? So, Skoda was second Maruti!! What are you talking of technology? As per my knowledge, price of a Skoda Octavia VRs in 2008 was @14-15 lakh!! Now they sell 1.0TSI, with a torque converter for more than that amount? Forgot make in India? Don't have any plan for flexi fuel engine?, Which is( as per reports) is backbone of VW Brazil? They are active in Brazil,but PARALYZED in India? Sell 1.0 TSI for 16 lakh? They are not working, even in their own standards!!

Would like to point out, they did nothing for make in India, still rely on imported parts, thus escalating cost!! If Maruti can make a engine here, for ages, why VW can't? That's my concern!! My intention of taking 2008 example, is to highlight, they are still in 'Imported' mode!! It's 15 years, wake up!! You are expected to 'make here' now!! To bring down costs!!

@@MotorByte I saw the video doctor sahab Harrier ki mileage 6, 7 bata rhe hai as per unke friend. City me ye skoda 12 ka mileage deti hai. Service pack ke baad bhi 5500 ki service cost arhi hai that too in free service as car has completed only 15 k. Sir ya to apko Idea nhi hai yha ap Skoda lover ho. For a petrol car of 1000 cc it is high serive cost.
