Your video helped me determine that my rectifier is not functioning properly, I checked the resistance of my stator, and I couldn't get a reading between .120 .128, I was getting .6 .7 and my multimeter same as yours was set at 200 ohms. My stator was producing voltage around 18 volts at idle, but the rectifier was not converting enough AC voltage into DC to charge the battery, I was getting a reading of 8 volts at 4k RPM.
