I still have my Levi cut from mc I was in in 1979-89 during prospecting it got pissed on among other things. It hangs proudly in my garage

About riding in the cage you are right about that. If you have your cut int the cage don’t just leave laying on the sit. I am with MM we lock our cuts in the truck of the cage. Because like you both said most would love it hanging in there clubhouse as a souvenir.

Some would say shortly after these years the era faded. Keep that history alive. Thank you for the support and comment.

We don't do anything to disrespect the colors. Wether it be riding leaving it alone, or on the ground. We never wear in a vehicle. We can have more than one patch but needs to be ordered by your representative. You could get voted out for disrespecting the patch.

a 1%MC I knew would tell a new prospect to "grab my smokes, there in the car" if the prospect even entered the car with their Kutte on they got fined! SOA and Mayans TV shows have a lot to answer for as they wore their Kuttes in cars

Cut is the term, comes from when guys cut the sleeves off of Jean jacket thus the cut.

Never wear your cut while in a cage and always turn your cut inside out and fold it to protect the colors if you're not at home to hang it up.. It's simple

Is there any etiquette around riding with your kutte open? I see you guys wear yours open in the studio, but do you also ride with them open sometimes? I like the way it feels on a nice day to have my vest flapping in the wind, but I've been curious if that's frowned upon if you're in a club, cus maybe it's seen as not displaying your colors properly.
@BikerProtocol21 күн бұрын
I think it depends a lot from club to club, if they have a protocol for that. As a general rule though I don't think it matters much. I personally wear my open with extenders because I find that the most comfortable. Others in my club do the same thing while others wear theirs zipped and others open. - Picasso

Our probates can not leave the vest open ever . Has to be zipped and buttoned . Other than that it’s not an issue . I prefer mine zipped while riding .

For outlaws, there sure are a lot of laws.
@BikerProtocol22 күн бұрын
Not all clubs are outlaw clubs. Regardless of that though, these aren't really laws, they are traditions we all choose to follow as part of the culture.
@SomeNobodyiswatching22 күн бұрын
@BikerProtocol by laws?
@BikerProtocol22 күн бұрын
@@SomeNobodyiswatching I guess you're new to all of this. Pretty much all MCs (Motorcycle Clubs) and RCs (Riding Clubs) have bylaws that are setup to establish what that individual club has as a set of rules for its' members. Such bylaws my be to establish the roles of officers, who is or isn't allowed to become a member, how someone can join, etc. It's a common part of the club culture. You can learn more about this on our channel and by liking/subscribing as we discuss these topics every week.

I’m in an OMC and most of these “laws” you call them are just common sense shit and if your a man and honorable there’s no issues. These two guys are in a 99 club and it’s not the same as an Outlaw MC .

What are y'alls thoughts on club members 'policing' non members vests that aren't a parody? A regular vest with some patches and pins that doesn't look anything like club patches, but they get hassled over it?
@BikerProtocol22 күн бұрын
We've talked about this before in a few other videos. Generally, those wearing vests without any club-related patches shouldn't be hassled about anything. There's no reason for it.
@HumbleGaijin20 күн бұрын
@BikerProtocol Expounding on this, what about other gear? I know during Sturgis that clubs use bandana's to identify each other. I was accosted because I was unknowingly wearing a colored bandana. Are MC's really that uptight over colors?
@BikerProtocol20 күн бұрын
@@HumbleGaijin It depends on the colors. If you're wearing black and white, red and white, bright green, etc., some people might take issue with it, even if it's something as simple as a bandana when worn in certain ways.

Pretty much not true. While it's true that denim predated leather for bikers coming out of WWII, they both are referred to as "cuts". I'm not sure why you think otherwise. Pretty much everyone calls a leather vest a cut.
