Good video, but it was too fast for me :) If you cold slow it down a bit it would be even better. Good luck in future.

Why use a high feed cutter on aluminum? Surely a solid carbide cutter would be quicker because you can take deeper cuts...

amazing surface finish! how did you machined the lower part though? the one you grabbed the piece to the vice. I cannot figure out how to hold that piece from the finished section. :s

thanks mate. Yes I had to make jaws in the same shape like first operation...I'v spent some time on that, belive me 😁

Hi Raj, thank you. I use more than one software, in this video I believe it was MasterCam.
