I use 25k mah and it has been working fine. Good for laptop and mobile devices. Install a USB on your bike and try charging your devices while riding as much as you can. Also charge devices when you stop for breaks (at fuel pumps, restaurants). Then you don’t need to carry a bigger power bank which is heavy and takes more space.

For insta 360 you need extra processing in insta suite and then further editing in your vlog. So time can be an issue there. I haven’t used action 5 - so can’t comment. I use GoPro 10 and happy with it - no plan to upgrade it anytime soon. All three are capable cameras so you can’t go wrong with either . Good luck
