I absolutely love my Alpinestars R10 helmet! I also use my Arai Corsair X helmet sometimes, but the R10 I believe is better! I just feel like the field of view is better and is more comfortable. Great video! And you’re totally correct, always ride in full gear 😊

Shoei & Arai are top of the food chain. No question. Both are handmade. Ya’ll need to catch ride with Max Wrist, Saiyan Army and the boys. The gear on the lowers might need to upgrade though. 😂 What a video that would be. Nice gear John.

Oh k..so I’m interested in Buell bikes from a while ago but especially since the Kaplan cycle in Connecticut episode you did..or was it Sandy HolyShift post? But would love to see more of those Buell bikes…I have a street glide st which I love but a bit of a sport bike vibe would be great for an addition to my riding experience on a more sporting side…

100% to fitment. Trying in is paramount. Every brand fits differently. Medium oval, etc is not standard across the brands.

Had to take a minute to get that bike wedged into the garage like that. 👍 Yes, fortunately, boat ton of gear, warm or cold, available. Heartache, I believe, for most folks is having to make payments on a bike AND then having to drop a ton of $$$ on gear. Motorcycle industry is eating itself alive. Bikes are just toys.

John , I was the smartest man on Friday being in Finland on Friday, as riding from snow till snow(I am a little more extreme than you, sorry mate, but it is so) , after weeks of rain coming from the ground and from the sky about 0 Celsius I ride always and without heated gear. Though from 15 Celsius I wear Rukka , you there in a new world you might don't know about Rukka but recommendation is to check, it is hard climate wear and itvis above of everything in the world and it looks good, I don't "rock" but I rock better than wearing whatever other mc wear. So I rode till Thursday 31.10.24, but 01.11.24 was a snowstorm, I was lucky to start my car on 01.11.24 , but still I I didn't have my winter tyres, but 4 wheels is 4 wheels. I was in safe

I just bought this bike n am gearing up for it. I went for BMW’s jacket, helmet n boots in M colours - not sure why u didn’t do the same! BTW I think men look the sexiest in motorcycle boots long and short!

There is a bike just up the street from me that I see almost every day when I ride home that looks like a wonderbread package? I live in an apartment complex so not sure who it is but any idea you know what bike it may be? A sport bike of some kind and looks really cool

I have a Vanson full-leather one-piece racing suit I had made back in '2008. Never used. $1700 back then. It fits a guy 5'11" and 190#. Anyone want it? Doesn't fit me anymore for sure. Since I crept up to 225#. Beware of buying the so-called "right gear" if your weight is going to change much. Keep in shape or buy loose-fitting gear. Shoei is a great helmet too. I bought a Simpson for the Harley look but that thing is very noisy compared to the Shoei. I'm a Harley and sport bike rider...FXLRS and YZFR1. Sounds crazy but I love riding both.

Ya it seems crazy what some chose to wear or Not wear while riding…may look cool but rode rash or worse is not a good look 👀😳
