Great video! I can tell you from experience that the yellow dot position isn't critical. If it's close, then you should be fine. It will work out in balancing. How many times have you been checked for your inspection sticker? My state requires it but my bike was due 4 years ago. Never been checked. With all my vehicles, I;ve saved close to $300 in inspection fees. The fine is $200 so I'm ahead even if I get caught. lol

Thanks for watching! I would have never tried doing this kinda stuff if you had not done it first. The tire balanced fine but oddly took more than double the normal weight. I don’t think it is related to the dot. Tire rides fine but I’m gonna pull it and rebalance just to check. In NC they tied property tax to registration. You can’t renew your until you get an inspection. No stickers any more but if you are late registering they hit you with a big tax penalty. You would be in a mess if you were here!
