Thanks Atti. Sometimes even for experienced travellers 3 full days of rain on highways is a bit much. But hey, this is also part of long distance motorcycle riding.

@@motorcycle-touring-europe Yes you are right. For the example we are coming back from Morocco now and we have been riding in 7 degree in Morocco and yesterday in Spain in pouring rain in 12 degree. We didn't expect this in Spain.
