Wow amazing!! Is that a sportster 883 or 48? Amazing that a sportster can travel for long distance 💪💪. Great travels & experience 👍👍. Greetings from Switzerland ✌️

brave driver. The route at Betong is scenic and also paradise for bikers. I am sure you and your team had enjoyed it. Look forward to your episode crossing into Cambodia, and appreciate if you could share document/pass we need for MY vehicle to enter Cambodia.

Hello Cecilia here we meet again after sometime. Nice to hear from you again. This time about your ride from Kuala Lumpur to Cambodia. So to hear that the start of the trips there are some delay. Never mind as long as you are able to ride and enjoy your trip better late than never. Yes this time you encounter a lot of rains along the way and yes you cannot ride at the speed you wanted so there is always some delay and some inconveniences. It is ok jest enjoy it. Hope to hear from you soon. Bye and take care. from Uncle Liew.

Hi Uncle Liew, so happy to hear from you, hope you are doing well😊 yes it was quite challenging the 1st 3 days doing our best to catch up as much as we can, and also attempted different ways to get closer, however luck was not with us. Stat tuned for next video as we made an important decision. Thanks for your encouragement and reminder to enjoy the process. Wish you all the best and keep riding🤩

Can you share your experience long hour riding with the sportster? is it comfortable enough like a touring bike ? is it reliable enough? would like to try long touring with sportster as well
@Ceciliasophy11 күн бұрын
Hi there, thanks for watching video! First of all, sportster is not designed for long distance/touring purpose, hence if you compare with the models which comes with touring features, sportster is not the most comfy ones. 2nd, sportster 48 fuel tank original is peanut tank, I have upgraded to 14 liters, so it can run up to 180km, which solves the challenge of having to find fuel station all the time. 3rd, I always believe the best motorcycle one can ride and tour is the one they have. If you only have sportster, there is no need to change or wait for another bike, just ride it and experience it by yourself. My sportster 48, his name is Zeus, he has been touring more than 80000 km since I bought him in 2018, we rode around peninsular, to Thailand many times, he rode through flooded river, off-road and different terrains, crashed severely and came back alive. I believe with your strong commitment, you can have an awesome ride with your sportster😊 ride on bro🤩

@@Ceciliasophy love your sharing, thank you so much for all the strong points, will try to put a plan for long tour 1 day
@Ceciliasophy11 күн бұрын
U r most welcome😁 I believe there is no 1 perfect bike which can meet all our requirements, however we can transform it close to perfect. For eg, the handle bar, the seat cushion, adding a luggage rack, change tyre rim to tubeless one, hp holder for navigation etc....however we can only know what to change after riding long long miles with our bikes, cause that when we understand more of our priorities. I'm sure after all the moments u spent with ur sportster, both of u will hv a strong bonding and shared memories which last for lifetime. Wish u all the best and enjoy this transformation process 🤩
is the rain coat light weight? pls recommend. dislike heavy or bulky raincoat
@Ceciliasophy19 күн бұрын
I'm not sure what's your definition of light weight, to me it's considered compact after it's folded. You may check it out at Givi CAM01 for it's spec.

Since you have crossed three countries and hope you cross to Vietnam into China to Yunnan area ...
@Ceciliasophy20 күн бұрын
We only have 10 days to ride to Cambodia and return to Malaysia, hence there is no plan to ride further than Cambodia. Ride into Vietnam and china is a different arrangement as it requires to hire an authorized local guide.
