Route 17 - my old friend! Used to ride that from Rochester down to southern NY! Great video!

Follow that dream! I’m 67 and my wife 65, and in Australia. I’m trying to work out how we can get the Tiger GT Explorer to EU and the US to continue some real touring 😅. We’ve done some rides through Wales with our son, who lives there. Unforgettable!

Very enjoyable video Craig. Thanks for the taking the time to put it together. Tip for the Darien jacket - the right chest pocket is the perfect size to hold a 1 liter water bladder. You can zip the pocket and snake the drinking tube out at the top and have easy access to water while you're riding.

I’m digging your Triumph. I ride a 19 Goldwing Tour. Nice bike no real complaints. But I’ve been eyeing that Triumph for a couple years.

Greetings from VT, that trip thru the Catskills and into Hancock it great. Love following the Delaware River. I also like heading west on 6 and taking tiny roads thru the Susquannock and Elk State Forests and then south. Can't go wrong any way you go! The camera work is great, I am really impressed with the 360 cam footage. Really loved David's message about people around the world.

Great video. I love your channel because you’re not just the average run of the mill motorcycle vlogger, but a story teller. And the scenery and editing is superb. Your video last year on older riders maybe needing to downsize their motorcycles really influenced me. I am 67 years old and had been thinking about that because my heavy Harley-Davidson was just getting too much for me to muscle around my garage. I bought a brand new BMW F750 GS for less than I sold my HD for so it was a win for me financially as well as a mature and smart decision overall. I have added some luggage, wind shield and a premium seat but now I have a much lighter and maneuverable touring bike that suits me just fine. Keep up the good work and again I really appreciate the content you put out. I’m headed on a week long trip from my home in Georgia to West Virginia in a few weeks and this will be my longest venture out on the new bike so far. I’m like you - I take it easy and a lot of breaks. Take care.

Craig, it was a pleasure to meet and talk to you at HU VA. The interstates are necessary evil sometimes. most of the time they turn into a parking lot near cities. Hope to cross paths in the future

What’s the charm of Dunkin Donuts-we don’t have a single one here in Oregon, and boy we do drink coffee? But then again, what’s the charm of sunny days-we hardly have any in Oregon!

Hey that might have been me in front of you on the BRP Sunday morning! I was riding back to SC and was looking for a more relaxing ride home than my ride up was. It was a perfect day for the BRP and not that much slower than commercial roads. I too was at HUMM-VA (my first HU gathering) and broke camp about 9-ish on Sunday, but you were riding north and I south. I have watched your channel before, but I never made the connection when we were at the camp!? I agree completely with your take away from the event. It is all about the people and the warm encouragement to get out and do it! I am likewise perhaps a little past selling it all and living off the bike, but I have lots that I want to see, preferably from the seat of a motorcycle. I heard lots and lots of advice enabling me to make that happen, as well as meeting so many people who are out there doing it. You rode a long way to get there, and I am glad you made it there and back safely. Hope to see you on the road!

OH MAN, you stayed in Breezewood! I live 2 towns over. that place is a dump. next time thru take a look at Bedford for a place to stay. we have a couple decent places to eat. Id recommend the Jean Bonnet tavern or the Golden Eagle Inn for places to stay and or eat.

I will keep that in mind for the next time.

I need to drive to the Us this year and get a duncan donut and some of your great backroad... we don't have DD in Quebec anymore, My Yellow ryker is back home and the new roaring muffler is working great ( a loud 64 year/old rider) but that was something I wanted to get for the fun of it. Today tried a fantastic jacket a MERLIN DRIFTER EXPLORER JACKET - GREEN with new Merlin gloves ( actually got a great price from the Uk with delivery included) squeezing my lemon Nice trip thank you for sharing these super interesting roads . I like your jacquet review , will wait for the C30 as that another one that I was looking at ( but I already have to many 5) just gave one to my brother today since he did not have a helmet for is 4 x4 Alain & Yellow

"No traffic, what so ever" ...like music to my ears 😁 Not for nothing Craig and I'm not saying there's ever an end to learning but frankly you should be presenting, not sitting in the audience... When I'm on tour, I avoid interstates and highways like the plague....
@LivingOffTheSlab6 ай бұрын
I am constantly presenting and coming up with ideas, so sometimes it is nice to sit and listen to others. But, I am thinking about things to present next year.

Is Horizons Unlimited like the Adventure Bike Rider Festival held every June in England? You should go there when you come to Europe.

I think it is a little different. Not much riding or vendors, just other riders sharing their experiences.
