I really like the builds, the bikes & parts are great. I could never ever get a Chinese engine to be reliable no matter what internal crank, con-rod & piston, different cylinder & head you put on it, even with a reed box. The engines I always ran were Franco Morini, Polini, & Malossi 50cc air cooled, with Del Orto carbs 10-16mm. This was back in 2012. I bought a lot of parts from Pirate Cycles back in the day. I used simple Giant & Felt beach cruisers. My simple Giant beach cruiser was the best I put a 6 speed cassette hub with derailleur. I bought a jackshaft with the front bottom bracket & sproket that would freewheel so you didn't have to pedal to keep up with the engine. It worked like a ratched when you pedaled it would engage. The front sproket on the cranks would spin/freewheel without the cranks turning. So in turn you could use all your gears. It was just like having a 6 speed 50cc moped. I want to build another motorized bicycle, but with a rcmax 45cc two stroke engine that puts out 8 h.p. or a 90cc that puts out 16-18 h.p. they are used in 1/5 scale rc model giant off road baja trophy trucks. They come with pipe, exhaust can, carburetor, ignition, & pull starter for $1800. There is also man who makes his own mini 120cc v-twin push rod engines with pipes, carburetor, ignition, & heavy duty clutch for $2200, very similar to a harley engine. They are anodized or powder colored. I think he also makes single cylinder 4 stroke engine with a sohc engine. I also seen a guy put an rc airplane 4 stroke low rpm engine, that had more torque than h.p. for giant scaled rc planes. The guy put a manual clutch & a small sprocket on the back & it would take off almost from an idle after dumping the clutch. I think he said it did 54 mph top speed with a single gear. I really enjoyed your video. I live in Hawaii on Oahu. Motorized bikes & moped are very popular out here. I will try & tell people about your builds. Your bike builds are really good, if you put quality Italian engines or even good Japanese engines on your bikes would be great. Perhaps they have found a way to make those Chinese engines better, but I could never get them to run right or even last longer than 500 miles.

I never said 30-35 is all i need or want lol.. just saying its all you technically need. He used mine one night and had to get home before dark and ran it WOT for about 20 minutes. He said expansion chamber was cherry red and clutch was gone.

Not necessarily a fact. If the carb is feeding enough fuel that extra air in the intake builds more power so a real engine man would not say that and the Tunnel Ram intake would never have been invented if that was the truth of matters but who am I to school U right I'm just a guy with 5 Northeast Modified championships under my belt before I turned 40 years old. If the sprocket doesn't do it I guess I'll go with the 212cc stage 2, 3 or 4 kit or whatever they have for more bottom end power. I just hope I can still pedal the bike.
