maybe you could adapt a big bore kit for Peugeot 103 or a MBK 51

cant you swap out the the top cyclinder with one that fits then swap out for a bigger piston
@magdamolina39995 жыл бұрын
Yes is posible

looks like his injured hand started bleeding again... would have to manufacture a baseplate shim for a new jug kit that's wider but has a jug skirt just shy of the crank so it doesn't hit and your stroke will stay the same, you'll get more displacement and most likely wouldn't have to mess with the ignition timing. bigger carb,and pipe depending on cfm's.

you think like me yes I'm an engineer myself and yes anything is possible thanks for the tip about push

not crome - Nikasil
@JamesPiccone5 жыл бұрын
Actually those aren't Nikasil, those are cheap chrome lined
@BeezyKing9910 жыл бұрын
eliofall you'd have to change the piston and the cylinder head to match the cylinder.

Should assess the posibility that a pushbike frame is not strong enough in the first place.

Maybe someone could just make a jug that's already bored out but has the bolts in the same place and also include a piston to go with it as a sort of kit. although there probably is a limit to how fast you'd want to go on a bicycle that's only meant to do like 30 mph tops.

Only if juice was still around for today’s world of motorized bikes....... someone did a PUCH conversion in his day anyways...

That's not plated that's polished bruh. If you polish aluminum it shines like chrome. That's not plated.

Stihl 660 jug works. Its like 90cc you have to modify the bottom end zeda made it.

Yep you just need a 40mm stroke crank and 40mm long Rod engineTriple40work)

can you put a 66/80 cylinder on a 49cc engine? will it just bolt on? what mods do you have to do?

you could probably bore the cylinder out 2mm have to. realign the cylinder" u s Chrome could do it" then you need to find an oversize piston good luck with that one

Holy crap this video is from 9 years ago and I didn't discover these motors till about a year and a half ago. It's crazy how unpopular motorized bikes are. You would think they'd be world wide popular by now but they ain't.

Sthill 440 cylinder
@susanmarie42576 жыл бұрын
with the factory engine 'I would just go with forced air injection 'better then boring it out anyway.
@JustinBobby-di9zt5 жыл бұрын
You could just replace the cylinder sleeve.
@signalhillscooter11 жыл бұрын
There are two sizes for these motorsm 49cc and 66cc, so there is a big bore kit if you have the 49cc kit. You just get the larger replacement cylinder, head piston and rings. Up jet you carb a bit and let it rip
@lazn98639 жыл бұрын
there is not enough meat to bore these and insert a cylinder , the chinese should get their shit together and produce a true 80cc head and piston. because with 60cc and being 80kilos u dont go nowhere

bearings might go through.
@jamescagney437210 жыл бұрын
Well I'd agree but no. I'm sure you know that is the only reason these things where ever made, that's teardown.These engine are great for putting out at least 15 horsepower with a welder aluminum scrap and a key to the local dealership parts and service door.Yeah got a pile of money to burn so I'll farm it out man..
@RoomGrow9 жыл бұрын
These engines make 3 HP at the most!!! and I didn't understand half of your comment??
@lucajo169 жыл бұрын
Jason Teasdale If you do some modifying of the engine the most this type of engine will maxx out at is 9HP but by the time you get 9HP it dosent look like a normal engine. Looks like some kinda dirt bike engine ment for a race track. XD Rock solid sells there race engine for 1100. There engines are some of the fastest available but they blow quick...not ment for public roads.
@lucajo169 жыл бұрын
Hay james your argument is pretty much invalid. If your into the community the race bikes are maxx 10 HP. By that time they don't look like bicycle engines. 6HP is enough for anyone.

actually if there was enough material in the "jug" area you could theoretically bore it out and have the bore rechromed...check out these guys....usnicom dot com they also do a piston coating process that could also prove beneficial
