Jupiter is far better. I am having it for last 3+ years. No issues till now. Engine is very smooth. Very practical features. Regarding opening fuel cap, I just put key without de-bording from seat as key-hole for fuel cap is easily reachable. Front Telescopic suspension and 12" alloy wheels will make your ride more comfortable than Activa. Service is very good. They remind me at regular interval and after every service I get a feedback call, If I don't provide feedback due to some issue, I get call again. Activa is just selling its name nothing else. All my neighbors are having Activa 110 and I see them struggling with kick start every winter morning. And my Jupiter never created any trouble in starting. Moreover I can kick start by sitting at seat (as in old gear scooter). In Activa, you have to put it on main stand and then do the kicking. In India people have herd mentality, because of this Activa is selling more. Otherwise it stands nowhere before Jupiter. Under seat storage is big enough to keep my ninja elite super helmet. In this video you can see that reviewer is saying that only a open face helmet can be kept in Activa.

Bought the Jupiter Grande recently. It's very good in all aspects especially the ride comfort. Both the front and rear shocks are very good. Braking too is very effective and progressive. I am getting 52kmpl after first service. It's not that refined as that of Activa.

My family have both scooters. Mine is activa and sister's is jupiter and i feel jupiter is more comfortable and more refined. Activa have raw power and less smoothness. Jupiter is more smooth. Acceleration is much linear as compared to activa.

TVS Jupiter has telescopic front suspension, gas charged monoshock suspension in the rear, and larger 12 inch wheels on both ends. Honda Activa 5G has backdated and less effective spring suspensions and 10 inch wheels. Jupiter has option for front disc brake too, that Activa 5g doesn't have. These are the most crucial differences, not only in ride quality, but in safety too.

I am using Activa old since last 13 years.Engine and gearbox still smooth and peppy.Mileage is 30 to 35 kmpl. But now I am planning to buy Jupiter Classic as my magent coil is encountering problems and headlight doesn't glow fully. Difficult to ride in dark. Don't want to part ways with it but it's better to dispose as early as possible so that I don't need face more problems in future due to it's ageing. Is Jupiter Classic a good choice?

Its easy to kick start Jupiter without parking it on the main stand. Don't think thats possible with Honda Activa. I have been using Jupiter for some time now and it gives an average of 58-60. Just give the vehicle the care and attention that it deserves.
