Dont expect.. edge 40 has a mediatek processor dimensity.. gcam mod will never work properly on mediatek processors.. all the gcam Devs use snapdragon or Exynos based processor for development.. so most features will not work on gcam or will not utilise full hardware on dimensity

Great comparison video 👌👍👏 When talking about price, I think storage space offered also matters; one has 256 GB and other has 128 GB. One suggestion though🙏; it would be great if you guys could position of these phones same throughout the video. Like left side for one phone and right side for other. while Moto takes more time in delivering updates, it still better than pushing bugs w updates and making sure that its stable. I don't want my phone to have a green line after updating my phone and I can happily wait 2-3 months for an android update if ensures bug free and polished experience

Yes there is a price diff. between the two but still i needed this comparison Im a huge pixel admirer but still i think moto edge 40 is better for me coz it beats pixel in most scenarios and gets close to pixel in cameras too And then there is a obvious price diff. also Only thing concerned for me is the curved display (no doubt it looks great) but i have bad experience with curved display as i broke my s20 plus's curved display and the repair cost is sky high Do we have a tempered glass available for moto's displays ? Excellent comparison video. IMO Motorola beats pixel very convincingly but the issue with Motorola in the past was their after sales service and that is something I am still sceptical about. I hope they have improved in that regard, I had a horrible experience with them in the past with the Z line up that they had and since then I have steered away from them. Edge 40 and the upcoming razr sure seem to be eye catching based on features but without after sales service, it really makes the purchase worthless

I'm using gcam on my edge 30 and the results are on par with my father's 6A. Be it the temperature control, HDR+ or digital zoom. Both photo and video are giving great outputs now.

Upgraded from moto edge 30 pro to pixel 7a. Happy with camera performance of pixel 7a. And moto has the worst camera I have ever had. Moto gave a lot of troubles, dust particles were inside the camera and I am unable to scan QR codes due to focus issues ( moto edge 30 pro) . They replaced it under warranty, but issues started again. The major moto features I am missing in pixel 7a are the gesture features for camera, torch and screenshot.

I had to buy lunar blue because vegan leather variant was consistently out of stock and I urgently needed to buy a new good phone even though i waited until 4th June. Because my old phone from 6.5 years ago was just not working sonce a long time now!!😅 Received the blue one and it feels premium as well although i would have preferred nebula green if it was in the stock. Not sure why google even brought Pixel 7a if a 30K phone beats it at everything apart from the camera lmao. What is the use of camera if the phone heats up and stops video recording at like 10 mins, plus slow charging takes forever to charge. 7a seems at best a secondary phone that would only be used for it's camera and otherwise kept away
