I bought this and returned it. It kept crashing and rebooting. When it was on, the screen was underwhelming, and it felt a bit slow and unresponsive. In the end I found a cracking deal on a Galaxy A52s (with a free pair of Galaxy buds). Happy days.

Great review! Was looking into getting one of these after my old G8 Power was starting to show signs of age after 2 and a half years worth of use. My biggest concern was the battery and I'm delighted to find it's the same one as the G8 Power as that one has done me well. You've given me piece of mind and I look forward to diving into the G60s!

If Motorola kept up with their updates I probably wouldn't have bought a Pixel, my last two phones have been Motorola phones and they still work, just suffer screen burn in and one modem doesn't have the required bands for TMobile.

@@hman6159 I still get my parents Motorola phones though just due to their budget and lack of interest for OS features. And still get a security update once in a blue moon. Good for people that don't like change. I had thought about going Samsung but figured Pixel would be more my style and I do enjoy my phone, the lack of telephoto sensor on the 4a 5G is starting to bug me because the digital zoom suffers in even mild low ambient light. Still a good and snappy phone.

My G 5G is the 765 version 6gb RAM 128gb storage so pretty good. The G60S is newer with better screen better camera better charging. The G 5G is no longer available in the UK so cannot buy unless a 3rd party still has them. The 765 is better than the G95 but not by much. The glaring weakness of the G60S is no 5G which is not good. And Motos poor android update history. £220 is also pricey. I can forgive the G30 but not the G60. Nokia X10 or X20 maybe poor on the specs but both have 5G and promise of updates. So that's a selling point. If Nokia can get a half decent phone for £220 by February next year then that's what I am going to buy.

You should see no difference In performance. Just download speed. Unless you play top end games then you probably won't see any difference between the chip sets.

A lot of Motorola phones when they can do 60 fps for video’s, they struggle with focusing. It pops as I call it. If there is anything moving on film or you move camera and then stops it focus pops. Like a tiny zoom out and in. Some even have the noise of the focusing system on the video on a play back. The G Pro did that.

Redmi 11 note comes with adreno 610 which is a lot slower than helio 95 or adreno 618

Sorry for the multiple replies btw i couldn't edit. Go for the Redmi note 10s (that one is with amoled+helio g95, im not a fan of Samsung they have slow phones.) The Redmi note 11 doesnt really fit in between these, dont be fooled by the 10 or 11 these are just names. For example the rereleased redmi note 9 pro runs snapdragon 750g with adreno 618. Anyway the redmi you seek is the Redmi note 10S. Realme 8 also comes with g95 but not amoled. The moto g60s alao has no amoled btw.

@@av9371 I've waited until now. I'll go for the Samsung A52s mainly because Samsung provides security patches for four years after market launch. Moto/Poco: 2 years (!!!). For my Mi 9 lite, I didn't get even two years. That's crazy, having an insecure phone which is as good as new.

It does not supply 50watt charging. Best i got charging from 20% is 25watt dropping to 15 watt and soon as 50% reached. Still better than most motos though but a false claim from motorola.

Nokia isn't reliable with updates anymore anyways... On Nokia 6.2, I get security updates towards the end of the month. Last month I got it around 25th. Then I'm still waiting for Android 11 that was promised 3rd quarter of this year. And some folks are already preparing for Android 12 😭😭😭

@@123tgw e stands for embedded. Which means you have a built in SIM Card which makes the physical one obsolete. That means you can call your provider and tell them that you want to use eSIM. Your provider will then send you a QR Code with all things saved on your SIM Card and all you have to do is go in your Mobile Settings check if your phone has eSIM and then scan the QR Code via mobile settings. You should see a little QR Icon next to mobile settings.
