Any ideas on a xts-3000 with a flashing top led on power up will post more details once tested on CPS waiting for mail

The LED flashes on power up as a part of normal operation. If it keeps flashing, it could be you're receiving, but its just a guess. Maybe some other fellas will chime in :)
