I've followed this sport since 1973, and I'm 64 now, and I've watched all the best riders ever come through the sport, and I've been following Deegs since he was 10 and knew he would be this good. My all-time favorite riders are the 3 on-screen and JS7 and Bob Hannah. I love that you hear nothing out of the haters to much.

@@doglover136_ for 2006 comparison, HD38 is JS7 being they young new best guy. JL18 would be RC4 as the top dawg. HL96/CS4 would be that consistent CR22... And it sounds like no HD38 at A2 this year. EDIT: Not comparing HD38 and JS7 riding styles, just their dynamics of the hype. 🤘

Ofcourse he took a private jet to washougal, he had no other choice since everything was shut down due to that system issue all around the country and every flight was cancelled…. Every rider trains at high end facilities. Every top amateur goes to these facilities.

I remember the first time I saw Ricky and Ryan. Both times were at Glen Helen they were both unforgettable. I sure would love to see Haiden racing there. He’s wicked plus twisted. Yeah, I’ve had his back on this wrist thing a long time. Broke my wrist at Glenn Helen after my Young passed me in the whoops. Took 12 months to heal the scaphoid. I was lucky enough to get the bone growth stimulator after Alley Semars wrist healed up. You guys really got your moneys worth out of Haiden. Great interview that put some crap to bed.

I just strained my ECU tendon in my wrist and I couldn't even imagine trying to ride a dirt bike at a professional level let alone be fast. People who are complaining have zero clue. My Injury limits me tremendously and when I move it in the wrong way a jolt of pain goes up my arm and it's not fun.

Deegs race EAST!!!! This schedule is awesome for East. 3 races within 3 hours of my house. Pittsburgh new to the schedule and Philly I did last year and New Jersey I go every year it’s there. The mudder a few years back in NJ I Was there. Gillette stadium is a bit further but less then 5 hours. This year is gonna be awesome.

I didn't really follow motocross much after Brian Deegan retired but after watching Haiden wayyyyyyy back in the Loretta days I knew this kid was going to be dominant if he kept working hard. Now he is a multiple time world champ as well as pro moto champ and all before he turned 19. The sky is the limit for this young man.

I just love Ricky! He really cares and really loves this sport, and he’s the greatest motocross rider of all time and will always be.
Good decision specially with some ligaments problems with his wrist I pray for a good recovery and another great year next year and pray for all the racers to not get injured to bad and deegan can stay healthy all year which hard to do period

RV do you still talk with Randy Lawrence? He is such a nice guy and great trainer. I went to high school with him and Phil. He was a little older than me but we still hung out. We use to go to this empty pool off of sunfair in Joshua tree california. Randy would sky oit of that thing on bike. I raced bmx never could figure oit freestyle on a bike. I use to sit there and just go wow watching Randy on bicycle. One more thing even though Phil said he wasn't very good on a dirt bike! No one could beat him on the sage track in yucca valley california. If you ever talk to Phil ask him about that track. He had that track dialed in for sure. Peace all!!!

I hope Deegs points out before he moves up. And for the others like Pulpp and Vitel, who dogged Deegs for not racing mxon were truly ignorant to what was truly going on when he actually talked about his surgery before he was selected for mxon i think it was on Whisky Throttle. It was never an excus. I stopped watching them after some of the ignorant things they said.

Eli would have had better second motos if he didn't ride with that scoop tire on a hard pack track. You could see him lose time in corners and the rhythm sections. The US will be in the top finish 5 through 10 because if its a mudder Webb is going to have a tough time.
