How cool is this coincidente ? I dig in KZbin for Skoda Scout, and I see a footage with my home and my spare car in front of the gate and also the house of some relatives , from about 130 km away. All this , in a foreign video tour. :D

@Walter White the day after i posted this things went wrong the 4 wheel drive stopped working, it was in the garage for a week . The day after i got it back the gear box stopped working it went in for repair that took 4 weeks. i had it back 1 day snd the gear box went again "no drive" i rung the garage, it was under warranty they said they had spent £1500 set it on fire and claim off the insurance. Managed it get the gear box working ,by another garage one quoted £3000 .found one that repaired for £300, The then rear wiper packed in .then the handsfree phone stopped working now the hand brake wont work its still under warranty think i might sell it

Nice video and views!! Small correction, the Scout does no have permanent 4-wheel drive. It's VW's 4-motion system, meaning that it's a front wheel drive car in 98% of the situation, with an Haldex clutch that feeds power to the rear wheels when slipping of the front-wheels is sensed. It's possible that in the Off-road modus, the car is 4-wheel drive, good question to the Skoda engineers...

That's actually wrong. It is a permanent 4x4 but in normal situations only 10 to 15% of the power goes to the rear wheels. It can go up to 50-50% when the engine computer considers it is needed, but it's always a small percentage in the rear wheels.

nice presentation, nice car, but those low profile tires are not properly chosen for such roads. the end customer won't drive around with a second spare tire on the roof rack. it won't come hard to cut those tires on some potholes. Gruß aus Rumänien.

Well, I'm not impressed. You can't call that a off-road trip. I've made more difficult roads with my Octavia Ambition. No need to have a 4x4 to do that...🙄

Also ist ja schön das Papi sein Auto mal dreckig machen darf aber mit Offroad hat das gar nichts zu tun hier zeigt Skoda mal wieder das zu viel Geld da ist um den Reportern zu zeigen, dass es das neue Auto wirklich in den Garten schafft. Eher lächerlich meiner Meinung nach.
