The new head chef seems to be veering away from the Loon vision and professionalism. It's evident from her actions and the content of her blog, which doesn't align with the style of the Loon channel. Her agenda appears to be different from the established direction of the restaurant. Not only is her blog not spot-on with the Loon channel, but her constant chatter and raving also become tiresome and distracting. It seems that she may not fully understand or appreciate the core values and principles that Loon stands for. To maintain the integrity and reputation of Loon, it may be necessary to address this issue with the chef. A conversation about aligning her approach with the restaurant's vision and maintaining professionalism could help bridge the gap and ensure everyone is on the same page. If, after having this conversation, it becomes clear that the chef is not willing to adapt and embrace the Loon vision, it might be best to consider moving her on from her role. Wow it's like it was written in the stars. These are the types of videos that your target demographic are seeking and so the more of them, the quicker this channel will grow. There's already a sufficient amount of topside content from this and similar channels along with the TV series Below Deck. The gap in the market that viewers are desperate someone will fill is the behind the scenes style content, the more technical the better. One can always occasionally weave 'above deck' style b-roll throughout the technical breakdowns but it's that 'how it works' content that should constitute the vast majority of film, as demonstrated by the vast viewership numbers these types of videos achieve in other sectors. Keep up the evolution and all the best.

I wrote before on this channel that IF I was in the position to spend €1m on a charter my decision would be based on the Head Chef and his/her talent and expertise only. M/Y Loon just upped their game in a major way. Nina is a huge asset - a shout-out to Olive Oil & Gasoline over on Arience who will be happy for her.
