Alto 800 is one of the best & efficiant car there is no doupt about it. More fuel efficiency.ac is very effective. Moreover this car performance is very excellent especially long drive . The speed was maintaine 70 to 80 and 90 that travel experience is very amazing. My opinion alto 800 is wonderful car for long drive there is no doubt about. The car is very capable and efficient. The only thing to keep in mind is it's a small car and not a very strong or safe one. That's all. It does everything pretty well. If driven safely, it's capable of even a world tour.

The car has zero issues. With AC it might not have a lot of pickup, so I switch off the AC very swiftly while acceleration hard and then switch it back ON. This way I get maximum fuel efficiency and also decent pickup.

I am planning to buy my first car less tha 5 lakhs on road so between kwid0.8 /alto 800/redi go 0.8 which would u suggest alto provides dual airbags now but kwid doesn't at 800cc but redigo does but on higher price for 800cc. At my pace you will reach on Monday. Rather than doing so, better to break the journey into 2 pieces and make it a 2 day drive. Stay back in Gopalpur for the first day and start early the second day.

You're welcome! Yes Gopalpur on Sea (Berhampur). You will get plenty of stay options, although keep in mind it will be some 15-17 kms off the highway but definitely worth the sea view and good food. ☺️👍

If your budget permits, go for a stronger and safer car like Tiago or Figo. If ALTO is what you have finalized, then atleast get dual airbags one. ABS is anyways mandatory. The car is very efficient one, performance is pretty decent for its size and price.

Thank you. As per law 1 month a car can be driven outside a state. But we can also stretch that to 6 months as there is no proof of when the car crossed the state border. Just get a PUC done just before the trip. Doing so is a proof that u were in your state and a PUC is valid for 6 months.
