First of all thanks for the video, you make it so easy to maintain the bike, i have the exact same bike and colour too, mostly it's difficult to find this kinda DIYS, but thanx to you. One doubt my plastic trims are worn out, want to paint but don't know the colour, it's definitely not black though, can u plz help me with that.

Thanks a lot! Glad you like it. Trims are generally Matt black with a tinge of grey. Make sure to use Matt finish clear coat to finish the job.

Bro i also own FZ V2 and during winter season it's idle rpm whenever the engine is little bit cold goes upto 2500 rpm and stays there for sometime after that it settles to it's normal 1500-1800 rpm range. I have cleaned it's throttle body . So is there anything that im missing to fix this or is this normal and happens in your bike too ?

Fz V2 has temp sensor which detects the engine temperature and ambient temperature and raises the RPM till the engine gets warmer. It's a common and normal characteristics of EFI engines.

Throttle body has no relationship with tik tik noise. Ticking noises are mainly due to a loose or worn out timing chain or too much valve clearance (tappet).

Pehle clean karo achhe se aur laga k try Karo phir decide karna change karna hai ya nhi. Kat kat awaz timing chain se aati hai throttle body se nahi.

In cold condition or after warm up ? ... If it's happening even after warm up, open throttle body and thoroughly clean it.

That idle control unit is malfunctioning. You might need a complete TB replacement. 😓

It must from from the engine. Throttle body only will have injector noise which is like a high frequency buzz.

@@MototechWanderer hello bro i wanted to ask u that from some time i have noticed that my bike's rpm doesn't settle in it's normal range after leaving the throttle what i mean is like it stays at 2700-2500 rpm for a bit and then comes to it's normal range it happens both at cold start and normal riding. The valve clearance is within range because i adjusted it some time back and every other thing is fine like throttle cable,air filter,fuel injector,spark plug,idle adjustment screw etc So i was thinking maybe the uncleaned throttle body is causing this issue ? My bike is FZ V2 2018 15k kms covered till now
