Very slow top end 4a 650cc bike,it can't hit more than 200kph?

why does a Harley with 1800cc not hit 200km/h? Because it's not about displacement. It's about the power output. The Z650 only has a 2 cylinder engine and therefore not so high revs compared to 600cc inline 4 cylinder bikes and therefore not so high power output.

Greatbike. Im still confuse on this bike vs ZX25R. Imma speed lover but i want to exp inline 4 sounds. I can't afford inline 4 + speed. Thats why im still choosing who's to pick. By the way sir. I think this bike had more top end if you will start reaching topspeed starting 1st or 2nd gear.

I guess it's the slowest among the 4 Japanese giants, with Honda most definitely being the fastest.. I'd guess Honda, then suzuki with the sv650, then yamaha with the mt07 then this.

Spending that much money on a motorcycle that can't even go past 200 kph is just dumb to say the least. For the price of the Z650 you can get a used Z800 with a couple months warranty from a trusted dealer... it goes way faster and sound a whole lot better.
