For 12 years kid, a normal gear cycle would be great in my opinion. Well for tall people, this URBN feel uncomfortable for pedalling long time, but if you want to ride maximum times on throttle then you can consider this ebike.

@@theebikesshow What do you mean replace the part. they will send the motor or any short circuit wiring or any problem is there. who will identify which part is faulty. Normal people do not know which part is faulty. Normal people just go to service center to get thier vehicles checked and faulty part is identified by the service center and replaced or repaired

Yes, definitely zaruri hai, ebike normal cycle se heavy hota hai, aise me battery khatam hone pe pedal karna kaafi hard rehta hai, but agar gears rahega toh utna heaviness feel nahi hoga, aur flyover pe bhi chadha ja sakega gears ki madat se, nahi toh single speed me yeh bahut tough hai, mushkil hoga.

I have one of their cycles (smart plus) purchased in 2021. I needed to change the battery in 2024. The price of a smart plus battery is 5000 more than standard battery with same capacity. And the standard battery will not show any display if plugged in smart plus cycle. So, beware before purchasing a smart plus cycle/ebike. Smart facilities would incur high maintenance cost in future.

There are many, actually those ebikes have a standard frame like a normal cycle, are easy to ride with pedal, and more lighter the ebike, better comfort you will get while riding without battery power.
