My close friend had this very same Santro, same color but it was top end variant. His father bought it back in the days. We both used to drive it to college and back home, daily commute around 60kms, and also to various outings and trips. We share so many memories in this car, be it happiness laughter or feeling low. It kept running no matter what. And yes the ac was amazing even after all those years even in peak may month summer. He only sold it just last year after it clocked 1.5lac kms. He and his father were very emotional. They upgraded to a Crysta, but still miss their good old boy Santro, including me ❤️

Competitors for Hyundai Santro was Daewoo Matiz, and Tata Indica. Later Maruti Estilo and Versa came in. But nothing could beat Santro.
