I always liked the Magnite when it was launched. The Design team needs a huge appreciation for this one. Comparing all the cars in this segment, Magnite is distinct and unique. Pricing - Nissan Nailed this one. I hope they make changes on the same thing for X-trail as well (It is one of the best globally) Indians always have one mindset - VALUE FOR MONEY. This is an example of it.

Family based, i think magnite... Because of the size. Fronx rear seat area is smaller, Headroom is less, so tall people will be little uncomfortable. Safety wise, similar maybe with medium to top ends. Fronx is stylish though. Check out for mileage as well. After sales and long run maruti has more value no doubt, but nissan has good service as well, i had a terrano for 10 years and even though the car was discontinued i had it running still with neat service. Drive the car to get the feel of it, then decide. Drive-ablity has been a plus for nissan always.

Base variant is only to attract customers to showroom. They don't even sell the base variant. You have to end up buying mid variant. Base variant is bare-bones. You don't leather seats even in mid variant
