Mould Making and Casting - 02 Silicone and pouring resin

Further work on recasting some shields for my High Elf spearmen with a two part silicone mould and pouring resin. I had problems along the way with this process and have certainly learned a lot for next time and hopefully the video gives you some pointers too. Its certainly the correct method for these small, thin and detailed plastic parts where press moulds and the like just weren't going to work. The pouring resin is fluid enough to form such objects but further work is needed on making a high quality mould in silicone but the end results show real promise.
