Hey man I got the same camera and I’m having a problem with it. When I set it up in the woods and let it count down, it takes pictures of me but once I think it’s working and I leave it for the week. The camera doesn’t take pictures. It’s almost like it’s in a sleep mode or something because the camera is not on when I open it up until I press some buttons on it. I need some help with it!

I would definitely get in touch with Moultrie and see what they'll do. Have you tried different batteries? What's the battery display say? There might be a trouble shoot online some. With it being a new camera for the year I'm certain Moultrie will warranty it out for ya One of my 900i s kept eating batteries and the last time I changed them the batteries were leaking acid. Got in touch with Moultrie and they replaced it.

I have two of them and the same thing happens to me. Pics of me setting up and then nothing after that.

I have the same issue, dozens of different deer tracks in the fresh snow within 30 feet and only one picture of me. Wish I had saved the packaging and receipt rather than repair hassle...

I recently bought one of these. The videos that it captured don't have sound.... Do your videos have sound? Just curious...

how do you know how many pics it has taken without pulling the card? I cant figure that out

I bought one of these. It wouldn’t work. Returned it to Moultrie and they sent me a new one. The new one seems to miss a lot of pictures when I put it up along side my five year old Moultrie. The old camera catches five times as many pictures as the old one. But when it does manage to take a picture it comes out pretty good.

I can't find the serial code and Id number so that's sucks because I cant set up the app

Same problem only one number on the camera , do you have to buy a modem to set up the app to look at pictures ? They don't give you good information on any of this.

Informative! FYI You need lighting on your face and not from the ceiling. Try some q cards. Reading off the phone looks rookie. I hit the like button for sure. I liked the vid thanks.

I have had nothing but problems with my camera. I put it in a spot with major dear activity and the only pics I received was of me walking in front of it when I set it up. I have also tried to contact Moultrie to find out what I’m doing wrong and they never contact you back. Very disappointed in this camera and company.

Bought one and mine will not take night pictures. All the night pictures are completely black.

Try resetting the Ir filter. Look up Moultrie Ir Reset. I had one of mine do the same thing. I did the reset and it didn't fix it. Will be calling Moultrie and warranty it

What mode for more pictures. Mine took 26 pictures in one day and was done. Left out for 2 weeks

I run the cameras on High Resolution, and on 0 second delay.

My moultrie camaera 9001 just died does nothing disapointed in repairing it seems impossible from factory. last one i will buy.
