I was looking on boots and they are charging £220 for 1 month supply of 2.5. I wonder why zava are so much cheaper? Really thinking about giving it a go.

Zava are the “middle man” so they supply other companies - I believe they supply Superdrug and Asda. Because they have less over heads they can provide it for cheaper and still make a profit. Boots is really expensive. I wasn’t too keen on the application process either. It was very very slow and unhelpful.

Hi darling ! Finishing week 1 on 2.5mg pen and I think I will do my 2nd dose 1 day earlier as well. One thing i wanted to reconfirm , how many doses you have managed to get out of your 2.5mg pen? If I understand you correctly you've done 5 doses ? How did you do that ? I was under impression it only has 4 doses. Thank you !

Hello thank you for your comment ❤️ yes the pen does in fact contain “5” doses - there is usually an extra bonus dose as the syringes are filled with 3ml rather than 2.4ml. Another question . Wasn't really clear on how will you get 4 doses of 3.75ml out of 5mg pen ? Aren't the doses supposed to be 1.25 ( 5÷4)? Also do you by any chance know how to adjust the dose in the pen ? I am travelling for month and a half and I took two 2.5mg pens with me. I am finishing up week 1 and I think that I will need to increase my dosage slightly on the 2nd month. Since there's a 5th dose I can split my 2nd pen into 4 doses. Does it make sense?

@@iljushjka2 there’s 5 doses of 5mg in a pen so 5 x 5mg = 25mg. 3.75 x 4 = 15mg which leaves 10mg left over or 2 x 5mg doses. The 5mg means 5mg doses not 5mg in the whole pen. I hope that makes sense! As for splitting the pen into 4 doses that’s not possible unless you use a separate syringe.

How do you measure your fat percent and muscle mass?
