That's beautiful. I'd like to visit it sometime. I've only been to Vegas once, and we drove to Red Rock Canyon and later the Grand Canyon. One heads up is that the "path" of loose rocks coming down the steep grade is an avalanche field.

I like your walk about videos Chuck. Not sure if I ever mentioned how I found your channel. It was one of your Red Rock Canyon hikes when it rained on you a bit. My buddy at work took a trip there for a concert and I decided to do some research on that locale…up popped your video and the rest is history! 🤣

I was recently at Ocmulgee mounds and was doing research on the dates feb 22 and oct 22. I even had the chance to see the rock eagle and rock hawk effigy. Well anywho, the solar alignment it the same as it is at the temple of abu simbel. Ocmulgee may be Egyptian in origin.

Wow..... That is beautiful country, what kind of elevation is it there??
@cfapps78653 жыл бұрын
it gets up to a little under 12,000 ft. I think the 7-8th tallest mt. in Nevada. This from Wiki....Well separated from higher peaks by large, low basins, Charleston Peak is the most topographically prominent peak in Nevada, and the eighth-most-prominent peak in the contiguous United States.

Our daughter and family are in NE WASHINGTON st. Red flag fire alert. We're praying for their safety. 1400 elevation. Most of E wa. Covered. Smoke coming from the North in Canada. Locally. South from Oregon state and California depending upon witch way the winds are blowing. So bad ash is falling on the property.

@@cfapps7865 I have been considering desubing this channel for some time. First when your intro had obvious globe propaganda. Now with this comment, I'm running for the hills. It's a shame because I know you have a lot of interesting information, it's just a little misguided, a little off track. Thanks for your effort. Perhaps the tides will turn in the near future and you won't decide to stoop so low again.
