CHICKEN NUGGETS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
500 g chicken mince
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 slice of bread, crumbled
1 bunch coriander, chopped
1 bunch basil, chopped
1 bunch chives, chopped
1 onion, grated
1 tomato, grated
1 egg
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
3 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Additional panko breadcrumbs (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
METHOD
Mix Everything
In a big bowl, combine chicken mince, ½ cup panko, crumbled bread, chopped coriander, basil, chives, grated onion, grated tomato, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Shape Nuggets
Form the mixture into nugget shapes.
Coat with Panko
Roll each nugget in extra panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Fry
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully place the nuggets in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
Season & Serve
Remove the nuggets from the pan, drain on a paper towel, then hit them with a pinch of salt while they’re still hot. Serve immediately!
