For a long time I thought the lyrics were "... you gotta hope your record strikes an impulse", and I always thought "oh baby it does". Regrettably I looked up the actual lyrics and corrected myself. The actual lyrics are of course still cool, but there's a lesson in there somewhere about how each track can be important to the respective listener in myriad ways blah blah blahhh...
