Why would laws like obey your parents, don’t commit adultery, don’t murder, not matter now? Was Jesus being literal when he said he would return or is it spiritual language meaning we'll "meet him in the air" when we leave our bodies? What would that look like? What would he do if he literally returns? In Hebrews 9:27 it says we are appointed to die once and be judged. Trying to make sense of these things is almost impossible.

Who can answer this question for me: -- On Sunday morning, Mary went to the grave where Jesus was laid two days earlier. She found the grave empty, but Jesus appeared to her (She did not recognize Him and thought that He was a gardener there). Jesus told her, to tell His disciples, that He was going to Galilee, and that this where they will be able to meet Him. They went there, and among other things, when some of them were returning in a boat from fishing empty handed, Jesus spoke to them, but they also did not recognize him. However,, the question is, that according to the Bible, Jesus ascended into Heaven from the Mount of Olives, but why there's nothing in the Bible, that He and all his disciples went back from Galilee to Jerusalem, where they were staying, or how long after their return to Jerusalem, Jesus took them up the Mount of Olives, to witness His ascension?

This is another wonderful video, with mostly good teaching. Your teaching, Dr. Fink, on the time prophecies at the end is exactly like what the Seventh-day Adventist Church teaches, as it is completely biblical. Regarding the state of the dead, you do realize that hell itself will be burned up one day, don't you? Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Sodom itself suffered eternal fire, but is it still physically burning today? Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. The effects are eternal, not the fire itself. So we see the truth of God's saying that the wicked shall "die", not "live forever burning in misery".

I have studied your position on hell. There are a growing number of Evangelicals who hold this position as well, and there is strong evidence from Scripture that it is true. Zecheriah 14 prophecies had a time expiry of the first century AD. The audience had to- all live near the MT of Olives, and know about the earthquake in the days of Ussiah of Judah hundreds of years prior. This was OT Israelites living under the letter of the law of Moses, and that religion ceased to exist with Jesus. Half of Zech 14 can be proven to of happened in 1/2 Maccabees, which is God breathed scripture like the rest of the bible, and so the MT of Olives event must of happened then too. It closed back up after like the red sea. God wants Christian to use the Septuagint for the old testament. The second coming was 70 ad but had nothing to do with rev 20. rev 1-12 happened 70 ad but rev 13-22 is future. Rev 13 is also the last kingdom of Dan 2/7 that tramples down the entire earth, and is 1948 Israel. The mark of the beast is the hexagram. Christians are the Jews, the Israel of God, heirs of Abrahams blessing (Galatians 6 16, 3 29, Romans 2 28 29), not the people in Rev 2 9 3 9.
