Hello! How did you get there? Are there public transpo options?

Yes public transportation can be an option. If you’re from Manila, just ride a bus plying to Balanga, Bataan (bus terminals are near the NEW SM CITY BATAAN). From Balanga, ride a jeepney going to Cabog-Cabog (Terminal in SM CITY BATAAN). Ask the driver to drop you to the jump-off area to Mount Samat. From there you can hire a tricycle/motorcycle going up. You’re welcome! It’s more than 10km uphill from the jump-off area. I advise that ride a motorcycle/tricycle instead. (Not exactly at the jump-off area as fare rates are high.) You can walk uphill a bit and just hitch a ride along the way either for free or do bargain for the fare.
