Old White spawned on top of me and a few others a few days ago, right inside the fiber node in the southern Thet red zone. We were all in gathering gear and couldn't kill it. I had no idea it was a rare spawn.

If I’m in Fort Sterling and want to do a lot of animal cub farming do you recommend I move cities or go to roads of Avalon

Ava Roads is really good for cub farming Swift claws if you do not want to move cities! But if you want your main source of income from it to be from Fawns Farming then moving to Bridgewatch would be a better choice(I would personally stay in Fort Sterling and just walk/travel to the farming locations)😎

I swear, sometimes the drops are on steroids, I once farmed 3 swiftclaw cubs in like half an hour + 2 fawns , funny thing is , one day before this happened , I found swiftclaw cub next to skinned swiftclaw

When you raise one up you do, but when you craft it into a mount, no you do not get animal breeder levels for that! I hope this answers your question!😁

No, you can only obtain a baby Moabird from the faction shop in Bridgewatch since it is a faction mount! I hope this answers your question!😁
