Got a chance to go hang out in San Clemente with a friend who's starting to get more serious about MTB, thought it'd be a great spot to push his riding just a little bit... We avoided some of the bigger tracks, but had to try out the famous Slot Canyon/Tunnel. I forgot to GP the first run down it, so as my buddy was climbing back up I rode ahead and took another Lap to get the full pull on GoPro... trying something new recording at 60fps for the "Real Life" Look. I kind of like it!

My Story:
I got my first real bike at 40 years old... I've always loved the outdoors, spent a lot of my youth snowboarding, skating, surfing. I settled down in Norco, CA with an awesome wife and 2 kids. Our house sits at the base of a pretty sweet lil MTB spot. The stars aligned when I NEEDED to be more active for my physical health (to counter act my daily 2hr commute, and 8-12hr desk job as a video editor) and I realized that I essentially had a snowboard park in my back-yard... just no snow, and I'd have to translate my 20 year+ of snowboarding experience to something brand new... Now, Mountain Biking is rapidly improving my life for the better in more ways than I can express. I'm sure many riders have had the same experience with this sport. That's my story.
Now, I want to collect some trail videos to track my progress, and share with my friends to entice them to come out and ride. Also, the kids enjoy watching my adventures.
Enjoy!
